Job Scope:

•Promote HSE by personal example.

•Report directly to the HSE Manager with regards to all matters concerning HSE.

•Liaise with the relevant personnel as required.

•Inspect and monitor the place of work ensuring that all procedures, safe working practices, authorization systems or permit to work systems are being carried out.

•Conduct inspections to ensure correct placement and serviceability of safety equipment, life-saving equipment and fire-fighting equipment.

•Ensure that actions are taken in case of defective equipment. Report, record, reject, replace and isolate.

•Ensure that records or checklists are completed and filed for inspections, audits or exercises.

•Assist of reporting and investigation of accident statistics are posted in prominent positions.

•Liaise with Client Project Safety Representative.

•Consult with Sub-Contractors and obtain information concerning potential hazards that may be produced by their actions.

•Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials.

•Assist HSE Manager in related documentation and administrative work such as HSE reports.

•Attending JHA review for Shell Plant Turnaround (PTA) 2015.

•Review required documents for new workers who are to join the company such as valid OGSP, medical check-ups and competency for their safety briefing and application of body-pass.

•To update and keep records of Ranex Training Matrix.

•Update Ranex daily man-hours.

•Carry-out supervision on Ranex daily toolbox meeting.

•To liaise with Shell Security Department regarding security infringement cases and related matters.

•Assisting HSE Manager in arranging workers for awareness and competency training.

•Got 2nd place for Shell Safety Day 2014 drama competition.

•Performed our drama during the Shell CEO Forum 2014 at Parkcity Everly Hotel.
