Performs on-site repair, inspection and modification of various types or Tokyo Electron’s semiconductor processing equipment. Product lines includes wet etch, dry etch, and clean track at Intel’s Fabs. Resolves equipment problems and manages equipment modifications while coordinating with TEL management and Intel tool owners to minimize equipment downtime. Instructs Intel manufacturing technicians on system operation and maintenance while remaining current on TEL’s training and product roadmaps.

Managed staff that built relationships with the top tier Enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Objectives included direction of engineering group’s efforts to port applications from existing RISC based platforms to Intel based server platforms. Also, developed joint marketing efforts to promote application’s benefits of running on Intel based platforms. Applications included SAP AG, Bann, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, etc. Databases included Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Informix, etc.
