Scheidt & Bachmann Canada (Fare Collection Systems) May 2014 – Present A multinational high-tech company that designs, manufacture, install and support fare collection systems, parking and leisure systems, petrol station systems and traffic signaling systems. Technical Field Representative (May 2014 – Present) Reporting to the operations manager, providing field engineering services, providing fare collection system (Presto) technical assistance, provide remote and onsite technical assistance to customers, conduct technical analysis to improve customer experience and system operations.
