Project Description:
Designed for call-centers, KIVOX Passive Detection uses natural speech for caller identification. Previously recorded calls are used to create a Biometric Voice Prints (BVP). By comparing these BVPs with the voice in subsequent calls, a person’s identity can be verified in a fully transparent manner with no need of any active enrolment.
KIVOX Passive Detection can be used in a White list mode, to verify the ID of legitimate customers, or in a Black list mode to detect known Fraudsters in subsequent fraudulent calls. KIVOX Passive Detection is the Voice Biometrics engine inside the most successful Fraud detection solutions for Call centers. In White list mode, it enables your fraud or ID&V applications to implement passive authentication of your customers while they are speaking with an agent.
The caller can accurately be automatically verified after only ten seconds of normal conversation. The agent receiving the call will know almost immediately if a caller is a known fraudster, a previous customer, or a new customer, without the inconvenience of tokens or multiple personal questions.

Project Description:
LB360 Voice Biometric is a Voice based authentication, Voice Biometric has two phases: Enrollment and verification. During enrollment, the speaker's voice is recorded and typically a number of features are extracted to form a voice print, template, or model. In the verification phase, a speech sample or "utterance" is compared against a previously created voice print. For identification systems, the utterance is compared against multiple voice prints in order to determine the best match while verification systems compare an utterance against a single voice print.

Enrollment & verification: To design a client screen using HTML and record voice using JavaScript to hit an URL of Enrollment server or Verification server to transfer a voice from Client page to Kivox 360 Engine

Project Description:
United interaction is Call Center Based Chat application and it provides interaction and File transfer between client, Agent and Supervisor, provides a module to private chat and file transfer between agents. In this application we use Transfer control protocol to create a bidirectional communication link between two session .After client have been Login in to chat, client will queue to connect with agent. If agent is available client will routed to connect with agent those chatting history has been mailed to supervisor and client for quality of interaction between agent and client. In supervisor will maintain forum to maintain status of agent and chat duration between agent and client. During client logout both feedback will be received from client
Role of responsible:
Server: To generate a URL using Echo Endpoint server this will be hit by Client, Agent and Supervisor and creating unique session id for them and provide routing between them and pinging the session weather it is open or closed and this Server will deploy in Glassfish server.
Client: Client Signup, login and Chat screen has been designed using JSF2.2 and HTML 5
By using JavaScript URL has been hit and session has been created. Client communicates with server using JSON and deployed using Glassfish Server.

A building management system (BMS) is a control system that can be used to monitor and manage the mechanical, electrical and electromechanical services in a facility. Such services can include power, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, physical access control, elevators and lights. This software that is used to schedule and record operation and preventive/planned maintenance activities associated with facility equipment. The BMS can generate and prioritize work orders and schedules for staff to support "trouble" calls and to perform periodic/planned equipment maintenance. Upon completion of a work order, performance information, such as the date work was performed, supplies/inventory, and manhours expended, typically is loaded into the database for tracking, to support future operations/planning. BMS are used by facilities maintenance organizations to record, manage, and communicate their day-to-day operations. These tools also provide all of the information required to manage the work, the work force, and the costs necessary to generate management reports and historical data.

Using this application we can track how many employees are finished the clocking as per schedule. Clocking times are configured by admin user only. It enables only before Fifteen Minutes from the actual clocking time. Each and every checkpoints enables one by one when the system is kept near NFC tag. Tagging can be done is the same listed order only. If the NFC Tagging is not possible due to Rain or any other unavoidable situation the alternate option is the below one. Where user need to take photo and give reason for skipping the checkpoint.
