Accomplished subcontract value accumulated projects US$100,000,000.00 up to date. Administered to prepare initial estimate, and right to the final acquisition of the material. Assigned and responsible for the interim valuation, assessed additional cost of design variation and bound to negotiate any disputes. Yongnam Engineering (Dubai Branch, United Arab Emirates) Senior Quantity Surveyor (March 2008–December 2010) Client: Obayashi (Railway Project) managed Permanent steelwork for the Dubai Metro Project. Handled (10) permanent steelwork at a time for Stations, station entrances, canopies and footbridge. Oversea Technical Assistant (October 2005 – October 2007) – operates machine for the Fabrication of semiconductor using silicon wafer under the Chemical–Mechanical-Planarization (CMP) department. Oversees (3) machines and in control to regulate machine check prior to the production. Carry out inspection, visual and microscopic for internal pattern on wafers. Conduct regular equipment preventive maintenance and to test run machine when equipment is from several hours idling. Observed Company’s operating instruction in order to avoid mis-operation.

Southern Onsite Services (Davao City, Philippines) Operation Officer II (June 2004 – August 2005) – started from the lower position as Asset Assistant handling 35 numbers of company vehicles and was promoted 6 month after to Operation. Managed (24) numbers of Telecom Tower Sites on 24-7 operation. Responsible to maintain the company’s (SLA) Service Level Agreements to the Client – Smart Telecom. Attended and supervised trial mix and slump test off/onsite depends on customers request. Regulate site inspection and to estimate the pouring area. Prepare design mix, sampling and conduct material testing at accredited laboratories. Responsible for the orderliness inside the Plant and ensure that trucks, equipment, plant machines are free of dirt and in good running condition. Rely Construction and Supply (Davao City, Philippines) Resident Engineer (January 2002 – May 2003) – foremost assignment as new professional, supervised Riprap Project using Gabions. A Soil erosion prevention and channel lining of the river flow. Responsible for the site mobilization/demobilization and site requisitions. Supervision within construction site, equipment, materials and work force head count. Assigned as Project Engineer for Road Rehabilitation Project – 14 km hot applied rubberized crack sealant. Coordination and monitoring with road diversion as executed. Ensure approvals from the Highway Department prior to the re-opening of road. Implemented work in accordance to the Construction Safety and Standard.
