§ Inspection of all terminal building facilities to ascertain serviceability status for smooth facilitation of all Airport users;
§ Ensure adherence to service programmes for all equipment;
§ Ensure that due repairs have been promptly carried out;
§ Ensure maintenance& repair schedules of the facilities is followed;
§ Monitor and ensure adequacy of the available facilities and equipment;
§ Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of the Terminal buildings and other land side areas;
§ Monitor adherence to the cleaning contract as per terms to ensure high standards;
§ Control works in the passenger and cargo terminals;
§ Ensures careful planning, giving adequate lead-time and specifications for any works and proper communication to all concerned parties;
§ Oversee the passenger and baggage handling operation to ensure efficiency;
§ Ensure availability of specified equipment on time, their timely serviceability and ensure adequacy of personnel to man the equipment;
§ Initiate budget for the supply of equipment as required and monitor that it is adhered to;
