Working as Tender & Project Execution Engineer In Techno-Crane for Engineering and Contracting.
Responsibilities:
Receive Quotations from Customers
Study the request for Quotations (RFQ)
Review the inquiry documents for special requirements.
Primary responsibility for preparation/review of the proposal write-ups.
Manages project issues and schedules
Ensure all deadlines are met and responding in a timely manner to information requests
Responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to the customer
Ensure that proposal shall meet the requirements of the customer and clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution
Work with the Business Unit Manager and Account Manager to prepare a proposal plan that meets the objectives of the proposal budget and timeline.
Communicate with Customers, the foreign company, shipment agency and custom clearance office to assure the delivery time.
Revise the order confirmation and compare it with the order and the offer.
Coordinate with the customer for layout drawings approvals.
Making technical discussions with clients.
Follow up the requested sample list if any.
Coordinate with after sales office to complete the start up.
Obtain assistance from other departments (Engineering, Estimating, Contract Administration, Construction, etc.) as required to prepare the proposal.
Prepare initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a proposal.

Clearly define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.
Maintain knowledge of approved company vendors, estimating methods as well as project execution procedures.

Primary duties include helping the lead product design engineer in evaluation of designs for biomedical devices to help patients with easy use of biomedical devices.
