TALENT MANAGEMENT

To lead the implementation of a performance management system.

To develop and implement the appraisal and increment policy.

To facilitate the overall appraisals conducted in the organisation.

To play an active role in the normalization and rationalization processes involved in the appraisal process.

To design a mechanism to smoothly handle the grievances post the disbursal of the increment letters to employees.
