Quality Assurance Software Engineer June 2006-Present

Intel/McAfee Inc., (Intel acquired McAfee, McAfee acquired TrustDigital Inc.)

Responsible for the full cycle of testing, from design to implementation and client certification for release; assist with design/planning.

Installs and maintains testing labs

Creates test plan, scenarios, test cases etc. and runs test suites(Yarara, Gherkin, BDD) that reflect real world usage situations, for problem discovery, tracking and resolution

Assists in managing multiple testing projects and scheduling of testing efforts.

Works directly with customers to consistently recreate and troubleshoot problems to provide accurate and detailed patches and hot fixes.

Works in Agile development environment using Scrum methodology to include reporting results in a scrum project management software system (QA complete, VersionOne, Rally and Bugzilla).
