2. Project Management (Telecom Retail, Product, Media & Entertainment domain ) a. Led the largest Data Centre move, for a large US based product company– 4 major releases spanning across 2 years impacting 40+ application(s) with a peak team of 30+ resources b. Have led and delivered multiple projects/releases from Inception to Operations of varied dimensions - T&M & Fixed Price contracts; direct client facing & global delivery models. c.
