Worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Zishan Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. from Nov 2011-Jan 2014.

-QA/QC of engineering drawings according to standards which included drawings of storage tanks, piping layout, P&ID’s etc.

-Preparation of Engineering design reports.

-Preparation of Material Take-off and BOQs.

-Preparation of specifications and data sheets.

-Working on layout of a plant.

-Designing of storage tanks using ETank.

-Stress analysis of piping using CAESAR II,

-Hydraulic analysis using PIPENET.

-Designing of pressure vessels using PV Elite.

Worked as a Production officer at N.S. industries (Pvt.) Ltd. from Oct 2011-Nov 2011

-Assisting Production Manager in managing production of Plastic bottles and Paper Cores.

K-Electric (Winter 2009) in Boiler and Turbine department at Bin Qasim Power Plant. Industrial Visits:

Pakistan Steel Mills: Production of long rolled steel products was experienced.

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory: Design and Manufacturing of precision engineering goods were witnessed.

Karachi Tools, Dyes and Moulds Centre: Designing and manufacturing of tools, dyes and moulds through CAD/CAM and CAE were observed. Reverse Engineering was also observed.
