Project Title : Compensation Incentive System (Oracle Application R12)

Interfaces, Support and Development of new custom module on Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan Cloud Computing Model development Basics, Informatica Life Cycle Management Tool for Data Archiving on Oracle Apps environment.

About the Project:

This is a R12 Development, Enhancement and Support project.

Purpose of the project is to provide Oracle Application Version R12.1 to support, enhance and develop custom modules for Oracle Incentive Compensation module used to calculate commission/bonus for the sales/non sales employees respectively.

Contributions:

Understanding MD50 and transforming functional requirements to design the code.

Involved in the development of new custom SCA module to replace the existing core of the calculation engine.

Transformed MD50 into MD70.

Have lead a group of 5 members team for Maintenance project handling the different support issues arising out from Production

Involved in the enhancement of existing functionality of Interfaces like Affinity, People soft Interfaces.

Involved in basic functional setups like Role Setup, Resource Setup, creation of Expressions, Formulas, Plan element, Compensation plan and setting up account as territory for testing purpose and hence have basic functional knowledge on OIC, TM and RM modules.

Involved in development of data archival solution using ILM.

Project Title : Open Link Financials Oracle Implementation R12

Duration : Sep’2010 to Till date

About the Project:

This is a R12 Implementation project.

Purpose of the project is to implement Oracle Application Version R12.1 to support Open Link Global Financials and HRMS(Core HR, SSHR) functions.

Contributions:

Understanding MD50 and transforming functional requirements to design the code.

Have completed the Employee Personal details, Employee Address Conversion and Employee Assignment Conversions for HRMS module.

Involved in development of Currency Exchange Interface for GL module.

Involved in the development of HRMS report, SSHR outbound Interfaces.

Involved in client meetings for better understanding of the requirements.

Involved in preparation of MD70 for each object.

Project 3:

Project Title : Honeywell ACS Support

Duration : JAN-2009 – 06-AUG-2010

Role : Team Member

About the Project:

This is a Support project. It involved, Support and Maintenance of all ERP modules used in Honeywell ACS Europe and Middle East Operations

Contributions:

Resolved service requests raised by business users within the SLA slippage time.

Provided solution to technical issues in all the ERP modules involved in Honeywell.

Had status review calls with client IT management regularly and interacted with business users regarding requirements.

Led a team of 3 members.

Fixed issues associated with Oracle reports, PL/SQL packages, SQL scripts and UNIX shell programs.

Developed custom Oracle programs involving reports, PL/SQL packages, SQL reports as required by the business user.

Prepare installation guidelines / Patches.

Hands-on experience in migrating the modified oracle objects using Object Migrator tool.

Developing code for extracting data from production instances for data migration from oracle to SAP requirements.
