Resume:

Leo Baker

Dear Selection Committee,

In **** I graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering, and technical certificates for Industrial Computer Fundamentals and Electrical and Electronic Fundamentals from Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, TN. Within a year I obtained certificates for Network +, MCSA and CCNA. I have picked up valuable experience troubleshooting workstations, printers, servers, and installation issues with my current employer, coupled with my ability to work with people of all corporate levels makes me an excellent candidate for this position.

I have been trusted with high priority “problem” accounts and turned them into extremely loyal and devout customers. Customers see me as a person that makes their concerns, my concerns. When customers see me walk through the door or hear my voice, they know that they are in good hands. One company administrator said, “Leon makes us run smooth like nothing is happening.” Being a proactive engineer is what I’m all about.

I am interested in being part of a company that is dedicated to continuously improving service to its customers and employees. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss my skills and this position. If you have questions or would like to schedule an interview, please contact me by phone at 901-***-**** or by e-mail at *****.****@*******.***. I have enclosed my resume for your review. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Leon Baker
