Modified airline seat inventory decision policies in Revenue Management by considering customers’ cancellation and refund rates. Model coded in C++, simulated in Arena and data analyzed in Excel. The new models increase the airline sale revenue by 9.76%-13.89%. After forecasting and simulating and 2560+ customers under 40+ conditions, it ranks the 1st comparing to 6 different decision policies.
