Project manager and consultant in IT infrastructure, specialized in high availability solutions, data storage systems, backup solutions and managing the information life cycle. All the experiences I have professionally lived, since providing technical support and helpdesk, deployment and administering systems, as a trainer, pre-sales consultant and management of teams and projects, I have been taught that the cohesiveness of the team in seeking a common strategy to get Win–Win solution is the best way to overcome the demands of day-to-day. Engagement, commitment and strictness in tasks that I do are characteristics that follow me through the achievement of project goals and client and trams satisfaction. Accepting challenges and searching for ways to improve already existing processes, show ability to accept change, good skills to adapt myself and flexibility in looking for improve continuously. This solution integrates the different systems in one place, the information of the examinations will be saved in a central location, protected by encryption and backed up from a centralized place. Allowing users to download their own exams through the internet or get them in a CD format. Reducing the possibility of human failure in operating the various systems. The elimination of printing on film was a big operating costs reduction for the hospital. Development of a Business Plan and Management the Project (only in design and planning stages) of consolidating the three existent backup tools. Reducing the technical effort of administration 3 different tools. Space savings at the central backup repository. Significant reduction of the cost of licenses.
