Front Office Supervision Framework(July 2013 - Present)

Description

FOS programmes is implemented for more robust supervision framework across all parts of FO including Trading, Sales & Structuring, Research and IBD.

FOS hugely streamlines the Audit, it makes the process transparent and easy to track.

This project is divided for three types of users, first being the business heads who gets an internal control framework, clear lines of responsibility and management review.

Second set of users are Trading, Research and Sales Supervisors who attest affirming that he/she has reviewed the document and it fits into the Trading guidelines.

Third set of users consists of Risk Management, Operations and Compliance who use a Risk Indicator Dashboard to keep a track over the activities and indentify areas of high risk.
