Kasturi & Sons Ltd, Chennai, spanning nearly Three and Half decades at various levels during which he made many lives glitter and shine throughout and reach greater heights.

Raghunnathan R, Popularly known as RR holds MBA (HR and Marketing – Duel Specialisation) from Andhra University, Department of Commerce and Management Studies. He has many seminars to his credit on the Syllabus and whole heartedly acclaimed by the Professors and colleagues / batch mates. He holds a Post Graduate / Master Diploma in Training and Development from INDO RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (IRATD). He has total faith in NLP practices.

He is gifted with the knack of People Skills, very enthusiastic and graceful while Training, Engages the participants with humorous but strong in storytelling. His training sessions are filled with Positive energy, Emotions & Creative / Lateral thinking, Games, Activities, and sharing with own real-time experiences.

He strongly believes that learning has taken place only when there is unconditional & constructive attitude changes fall in place and results in the growth of the individual (body is an organization measured by attitude, traits and passion with good intention to learn / derive and preach are welcome to join) and the Organisation he / she works for.
