1. Project: KNPC (Kuwait)
Project duration: Sep 2015 till now.
Client: Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
The project involves creation of five end-to-end business services using HP tools including HP OMi, HP NNMi, HP BSM(BPM), HP uCMDB, HP SHR. The services monitoring will help KNPC to identify the problematic component and bottleneck in the IT infrastructure of the KNPC and resolve it before it occurs.
Role: Upgrade existing HP tools to the recent versions and modelling of the business services in HP OMi
Responsibilities:
Data gathering from the client for business service related data.
Installation of HP OMi, HP SHR, HP BSM connector.
Event Integration between HP NNMi and Omi using BSM connector.
VuGen script development for synthetic application monitoring of the critical applications of KNPC in BPM.
HP uCMDB integration with Omi for CI’s push into Omi RTSM for creation of the business services.
Modelling of the business services in Omi RTSM which includes CI’s such as servers, Network devices and business transactions from BPM
HP SHR integration with Omi RTSM for a topology data source and event reports.

2.Project: Dubai Airport (UAE)
Project duration: June 2015 to Aug 2015

The project includes implementation of HP tools including HP OMu, HP SiteScope, HP SHR, HP NNMi, for fault and performance management of IT infrastructure of Dubai Airport.
Role: Installing SiteScope and SHR with high availability. Configuration and integrations including end user training and documentation.

Installation of HP SiteScope, HP SHR on a new servers
Integration of HP OMu, HP NNMi, with HP SHR for reporting of servers and network devices.
Configuring SHR reports for the Oracle DB reports, MS SQL DB reports, Active directory reports and MS Exchange reports

4.Project: Al Tayer Group ( Dubai, UAE)
Project duration: January 2015 to June 2015

The project includes up-gradation of HP tools including HP BSM/Omi, HP SiteScope, HP BPM, HP SHR, HP NNMi, HP OMw and integration of existing OMW, NNMi with new BSM/Omi for event management.
Role: Installing new BSM/Omi, HP SiteScope, HP SHR and integrating with the existing OMw, NNMi,, BPM for event management and reporting. Applying patches on the OMw, NNMi, BPM. Developing custom dashboards in BSM as per customers requirement

Project includes IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk, IBM ITNM, IBM End point manager, IBM Software Usage Analysis and IBM Tivoli Common Reporting. Project objective is to discover the assets like servers, workstations, network devices of TCL, manage the asset lifecycle using SCCD
Role: Involved in implementation of IBM Tivoli Network Manager 4.1 and integration with IBM SCCD for asset management and handling product documentation and customer training.

Project includes the HP EMS tools up-gradation where HP OMW, HP NNMi, HP Service Manager, HP Service Health Reporter, HP OVPI are upgraded to the latest versions. Monitoring of Dena Bank infrastructure for fault and performance management using HP NNMi, HP OMW and integrating the same with HP Service manager for auto ticket logging. Report generation using HP OpenView performance insight(OVPI).
Role: Involved in designing HP OVPI low level design document and end to end implementation of HP OVPI till handover to the operations team.

Vodafone monitors the performance of network links using the InfoVista performance management solution and provides the reports to it’s enterprise customers.
