This project consisted of 315 new Residential Units totaling 330,000 sq ft. The structure is 31 stories with 10 levels of parking below with 222,000 square feet of parking deck. Total project value of $50MM. Scheduled Completion late August 2006

ATLANTIC STATION TWELVE, Atlanta, GA 2003-2005 Superintendent

A $62mm project added more than 404 new Residential Units totaling 500,000 sq ft. with 101 Hotel units totaling 100,00sq ft to the Atlantic Station Community. The structure is 30 stories with 3 levels of parking below with 235,000 square. On top of the garage is featured a Grand ballroom and a pool. . Total project value of $60MM.(This job received the largest early completion bonus in the history of R J Griffin.

White Columns Country Club (2002-2003)

This job consisted of approximately 50,000 sq ft. at a cost of approximately 2 MM.It includes a men’s locker room and garage for golf carts.

The Metropolis 933 Peachtree Street (2001-2002) Field Engineer

This building had a 6 story parking deck poured in place of about 300,000 sq ft. with two 15 story condo towers on top with approximately 375.000 sq ft. each. Total cost 60 MM.

Brasfield & Gorrie (1996-2001) Field Engineer

Peachtree United Methodist Church (1999-2001)

This was a 30,000 sq ft. addition with limestone exterior and a 1 MM Organ. The total cost was 25 MM.

North Park parking deck and office tower (1997-1999)

This job consisted of a 9 story parking deck poured in place with 500,000 sq ft. and a 18 story office tower poured in place with 450,000 sq ft. this job topped out in 18 months at a cost of 60 MM.

Dekalb General Hospital (1996-1997)

This job, a 10 story office building poured in place with 250,000 sq ft and 4000 linear feet of curb and gutter. The total cost was 30 MM.

Georgia State Parking deck (1995-1996)

This 9 story precast parking deck with approximately 650,000 sq ft. with poured foundations and anchor bolts with a finished nursery at street level that consisted of 30.000 sq ft. Total cost 20 MM.

UPS building (1993-1994)

This job had four buildings with two 4 story office towers approximately 300,000 sq ft. each and two parking decks 200,000 sq ft. all were poured in place with precast skin. Total cost 75 MM.
