Leveraged industry relationships with AT&T, Ericsson, Motorola and NYC to build a niche operation that catered to both private sector and public sector clients focused on wireless system development and network deployment. RAAS was selected as the project lead for the NYDOITT technology and wireless telecommunication program in NY. This was a 7 year; 150 Million dollars project. Performed Civils, safety, grounding and deployment audits and improved design. Supervised build out and testing.

Managed all aspects of UMTS construction and switch launch, E911 and Fiber network deployment. 20 Million dollars project. Subcontractors on many Ericsson and Motorola projects.

Provided project leadership, coordinating with RF engineering, construction teams, tower and antenna crews and other technical vendors throughout to program completion.
