Monitors daily performance of each staff.

Submits accomplishment reports at the end of the year.

Reports directly to Clinic Operations Manager

Coordinates with Accredited Health Provider

Request guarantee/approval to Accredited Health Provider for member’s availment.

Monitors client’s availment for outpatient benefits.

Schedule and assist member’s appointment to Accredited Health Provider.

Provides health coverage/limit on specific procedure base on diagnosis or doctor’s impression whether or not covered by the Provider.

Directly coordinates with Consultant regarding the approved RUV or Pf.

Prepares daily billing and submit to Accounting Dept.

Prepares daily, monthly census.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Organize and Supervises the Wellness Center in order to provide excellent service for the patients.

Set Department’s Protocol/Process Flow

Observes and Evaluates the performance of personnel whether he or she is a teamplayer by meeting the company’s standard operating procedure.

Recommends policies for improvements, participates in planning.

Ensure that Clients need are well attended, internally or externally.

Create awareness and promote Surgery Clinic Inside the Mall “ A One Stop Shop for your Health Needs”.

Prepares Report like Census, Budget, Capex, Opex, Comparative/Benchmarking

Meet with different Corporate Clients to give proposal and present Company’s Profile, Rates, and Range of Services.

Study and make a recommendation on TAT (Turn Around Time) of patients availment.

Assist patients’ availment for Executive Check Up, Annual Physical Exam and Pre Employment Exam.

Prepares Packages base on clients’ preference or Customized Package.

Monitor patients’ availment, asses, prepare and complete papers and document needed by the Famed Physician and the Patient for the physical examination.

Reports directly to the Clinic Operations Manager.

Prepares summary report on the actual findings/classification of the patient for HR reference of Corporate clients.

Observe Quality Service

Conduct monthly meetings for the staff, to formulate and recommend specific solution base on the daily clinic activities specifically on critical issues.

Additional task as delegate by the GM, Medical Director and Marketing Officer.

Entrusted to be the M.O.D (Manager On Duty) of the Clinic whenever need arises.

Supervise 7 Famed Physician & 8 Staff Nurse.

Excite and Ensure patients/clients satisfaction.

Ensure Prompt and Accurate medical results for the client.

Observe Quality Service

Exceed Companys’ & Clients expectation.
