I was employed (Seasonal) with this company from 03/2012- 03/2015. I was a swimming pool contractor. I was responsible for fitting pipes, filters, wires, lines, valves, and pool heaters. I also made sure to discuss with the customer the parameters and requirements throughout the process, in addition the concrete and construction of the pool.

I was with the Army from 09/2007- 04/2009. My MOS was 31B Military Police. Military Police officers monitor the gate and entrance activities, control traffic and respond to emergencies on military installations. In some instances I was required to investigate crimes and guard inmates.

Accomplishments

In retail I hired, trained, and coordinated staffs up to twelve successfully for a combined total of 3 years. I expanded my customer base by providing exceptional service everyday which translated into word of mouth referrals, creating more sales as well as higher sales per transaction. I created a product awareness program, for my store location, which resulted in increased sales. In the Army I was able to serve and protect my country. I also gained great leadership skills, attention to detail, and much more. I have made hundreds of people’s dreams come true building pools for people like Thad Matta, Ohio State basketball coach, John Davidson, President of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
