Job Responsibilities:

Execution of treated water and packaged drinking water plant operations

Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of TWP and PWD plants to improve MTBF and OEE

First person responsible for water treatment projects and developments to coordinate designing, commissioning and installations

Tracking and monitoring water parameters to meet PepsiCo’s requirements

Tracking and monitoring the analytical instruments functions and calibrations

Educating the employees on water treatment operations, GHK (Good House Keeping), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards) requirements

Analysing the water parameters as per the requirements and assisting on BIS analysis

Achievements:

Plant awarded for ‘Best water conservation plant in India’, consecutive three years by CII water awards

Selected as “Aquafina” line coordinator(2012)
