Responsible for negotiating,with vendors on a national basis for specific cost savings. Instituted programs with Interstate Batteries,Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, LKQ used parts,American Eagle Aftermarket parts versus high cost OEM parts. Created repair order e-forms for more effecient repair authorizations. Many of which are used in some form today.

Developed and implemented an evaluation/grading system used for the purpose of measuring auction performance. Trained and certified company associates and auction personnel on the program guidelines. Responsible for throughput/liquidation of approximately 29,000 vehicles during the year 2001, this equates to 2200-2500 per month, or 50-60 % of the total inventory.
