Performed continuous on-demand review, prioritization of trouble tickets, and requested enhancements for nine in-house legacy applications with strict compliance requirements mandating response times from immediate to five working days. Emergency response included troubleshooting on the production floor.

Primary responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of nine applications including a mission-critical nuclear material control and accounting (MC&A) application.

Developed functional models, detailed design, and provided cost and effort estimates for rewrite of legacy applications.

Effectively performed project management and systems development of two in-house applications to support management of environmental data and waste inventory shipping.
