Description: Retail Lending Platform (RLP) – is the Scotia Banks global application that support the lending process for assets like Auto, Marine, Recreational and Leisure, this application is a bi-lingual and support both English and French. RLP supports mainly two types of loan products as fixed loans and Variable loans. These two systems are integrated with in Intralink environment with other systems like; CIS RECAP, Symcor letters generation, Computershare letters generation, BNS Savings and PAD systems and also embedded with other financial application products like Dealer Track and RouteOne from other vendors
Project 2: Mortgage Serve
This application was developed to provide complete account administration through innovation service delivery systems for mortgage loan origination process to perform operations for both new and existing customers
Project 3 :Credit card service - The CSS features include accepting applications for the credit card online, registration for payment of credit card bills online, authentication of registered online users, payment of credit card bills, and application for different types of loans.

Description: The application was developed to handle all collections and possession activities related to the company. All defaulters will be sorted into buckets and their information including number of default payments, pending payment, dates, demographic information will be stored in the application. There is another module for investigations and call reports. This application is integrated to underwriting application, accounts application, billing application, servicing application. The application’s database was integrated with enterprise data warehouse for business intelligence and reports.
Responsibilities:
Generated and implementing templates for Test Plan, Test cases, Test Scripts on lending application.
Provided feedback concerning completeness and accuracy of AUT.
Maintained and executed test cases using Quality Center.
Created both positive and negative Scenarios and mapped the same to Requirements using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Prepared the Testing Documentation and Test Data for the CAS project.

Project: Communications Billing and Revenue Management system (CBRM)
Description: RIM is implementing a new billing system to replace most of the functions currently being done by the Cadebill system. The system that will be implemented is Oracle’s Communications Billing and Revenue Management system (CBRM) formerly known as Portal Infranet’s Release 7.3.
The billing system currently installed at RIM is unable to scale sufficiently to meet the needs of RIM's business and growing customer base. The current system is unable to process the current embedded base of customers in accordance with RIM’s expectations and bill cycle periods. In addition, Sun Rocket will be providing more features and functions to its customers and the current system cannot easily support the growing business needs.
The new CBRM billing system was easily scalable and customized to meet RIM needs. And, it includes the modules Account Registration (RIM Members Portal), Customer Care – Account Management, Pricing, Discounting and Rating.
Responsibilities:
Attended requirements review meetings to ensure that the system meets all primary requirements.
