Description: Ministry of Transportation project of revamping the Drive Test Centers of Ontario using the Agile Method. From automating the ticket counters, launching a new Application that replaces the current LCS system used by drive test centers, to the electronic logging of driver tests in real time. Ticket counters to be replaced by kiosks. CSA Application to be real time and online unlike the previous LCS (Licensing and Control System). CSA App is more user friendly, providing better service for customers and its users. The drive test instructors get to update the client’s road test results through a tablet which updates the client’s record in real time. The knowledge test to be taken on a touch screen and again results updated in real time. The drivetest.ca website was also updated to better the service. All these systems are linked together to provide a much more smooth, real time and faster service.
Responsibilities:
Extensive Manual and Automated testing of already existing test cases using the Agile Methodology.
Identifying major gaps/flaws in the existing test plans in certain aspects of the application/project.
Taking over the analysis and design of test strategy, plan and test cases for the part of the project which had issues.
