. Troubleshoots machines as needed

. Reads measuring tools and blueprints to follow customer specification

. Operates overhead cranes and lift trucks (powered or unpowered)

. Works with planners, floor manager and supervisors to ensure jobs and

communications are done properly

. Enters setup information required per job into computer

. Performs tape shot to make sure laser beam is centered using 1mm

nozzle

. Recognizes and gathers material required for each job

. Transports all finish product to designated areas

. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance

. Measures punches and dies for proper height and clearance

. Inserts punches and dies in the proper stations as stated on setup

sheet and enters information into computer
