June 1997 to June 2015

Responsibilities

Worked on various system and programs, which mostly involved electrical/ IFE system within the seats and lay outs. Also involved in designing the electrical equipment support and location of the electronic equipment with respect to different configuration according to aircraft floor lay outs. Designed the electrical wire routing on seat with regard to standard compliance. Set up the electronic equipment location with airframe manufacturing approval. Assigned each individual with regard to their expertise to do the job as best as possible.

Accomplishments

Worked with all related electrical specification, created most related electrical process specifications to be used testing the functionality of electrical equipment and components installed on the Aircraft seats. All process specifications were complied with the regulatory agencies, in US and outside of US. (FAA, FAR, JAR,). Also created and applied EWIS documents to list all valid hardware and components for Airframe manufacturing. Skills Used

Started with UNIX /CAD-AM system of creating 2-D drawings. Worked with AUTO/CAD, MS office (Excel, Word, and Power Point). Worked with Pro/E Wild fire 2.0, 4.0 on cable routing creating 2-D drawings, and did the improvement of including the 3-D modeling by creating the 3-D pdf by using the Adobe 8.0/9.0 and later on with adobe xi/Tetra4D, which eliminated lots of unnecessary work. My recent software used was CATIA V5 electrical WHX. Education
