Involved product development design changes on RH & LH Japanese Mazda Vehicle Cushion frames and Seating back Structures and all the respective sheet metal components using with UG NX and CATIA V5 at KPIT Bangalore.

Attended design review meeting with client for possibility of design changes and prepared project proposal level documentation.

Also responsible for part and assembly production level detail drawings of the same as per client requirements and standards.

CNH America LLC, Racine, WI – USA

Release Engineer: April 2010 – September 2013

Leading with multiple projects like Drawing Support, Buyers request, Paint Finish Project, Reman ECO & TCAE Release activity at customer site CNH America LLC., NAPO department Racine, WI USA.

Worked on ECN design changes on Skid Steer Loaders model Engine Housing Bulkhead and Center Housing of core and corresponding machining cutters. The detailing drawings are each and every core model and successfully completed on as per CNH standards.

Involved design modification of Crankcase & Camshaft assembly and all sub components are successfully completed on onsite CNH location. Create each and every component and assembly Drawings are made on as per CNH standards.

Sr. Design Engineer: July 2008 – December 2009

Developing design changes for Solid models, Sheet metal models, Assembly and Detailing of various Steering System components like Shaft Assembly, Column Assembly, Housing, Over Bracket, Pivot Bracket, Telescope, Springs, Ball Bearing, Tilt Gear, C-Ring, Nut Bracket and Tilt Bracket Assembly for Daimler

Review meeting with client and other suppliers to discuss the production, possibility of design changes at proposal level and packaging issues after each modification in the design and surrounding master package.

Developed design changes on existing Solid models, Sheet metal models, Assembly and Detailing of various Stainless Steels Bus components like Slotted Bars, Frames, Plates, Sheets, L Profile, Covers and Radio compartment Assembly at customer site NABI (North American Bus Industries) using Pro/E Wildfire 3.0.

Involved product development studied in Vehicle Body Structures design and Chassis areas.

PDM and PLM implementation, customization and integration using WINDCHILL server at NABI.

PDM implementations are used gathering requirement, implementation on test system, user acceptance test, gap analysis and production implementation.

Sr.Design Engineer: February 2005 – December 2007

Design changes on existing models and Re-mastering of the Top down and Bottom up assembly for Riser Mechanism Assembly of Suspension System for Commercial Vehicles at customer of Magna Seating Systems Engineering using UG NX3.

Design changes on existing models and assembly of various GM programs Interior and Seating Structural components for Magna Seating systems and Closures.

Responsible for onsite Design coordinator and working with ECN changes of various FORD, GM and Daimler Chrysler Seating programs, Remastering PDGS data for FORD all programs using Team Center Enterprises OMF, IDEAS 10NX, UG NX3 and CATIA V5 at client site of Magna Closures and Seating Systems.

PDM implementation, customization and integration using on IMAN, Team Center OMF and VPM at client site

Responsible for developing the major 3 phases of Product Development Design work at RGBSI world Headquarters

Ideation, Concept Development & Design Development and Design Verification and Prototype development.

Responsible for redesigning the existing steel hoses for the coolant to rubber hoses (Inner and Outer) of Harley Davidson Motorcycle at customer of Avon Automotive. Created a parametric part for the existing proposal in SoliWork Tool using points offset from coordinate system and the pipe features. Tweak the parametric points on the hose parts to avoid the interference between Engine and Frame parts in the environment.

Designer: December 1998 – January 2005

Co-ordinate with on-site and off-shore the teams of various projects for building library parts, re-mastering IGES and PDGS data, generating detailed drawings, conversion of 2D drawings to 3D solid models in I-DEAS C3P, Pro/Engineer, UG NX2 and CATIA V5 and prepare project proposals follow-up client interactions.

Worked on various V12 engine block 5.4L truck component packages like Head Slab RH & LH and Exhaust Manifold Front & Rear design modification and detailing drawings are successfully completed on FORD standards.

Worked on the Re-mastering of V12 engine block for Aston Martin, V6 engine block and FORD conversion Projects at Ford Motor Company.

Involved design modification and created detail drawings of V6 engine 3.0L Cylinder Head core components are completed on FORD standards.

Implemented design modification on Piston Assembly and avoid a high stress concentration area. Completed models and drawings are in FORD standards.
