Job Responsibilities:

•Assist in the design of building automation systems for large and/or complex buildings consisting of mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, bill of materials, and sequence of operations, and DDC panels layouts to meet the intent of the project plans, specifications and contract documents.

•Programming of various BMS controllers using Desigo Xworks Software (SIEMENS), test & commission installed building automation systems, generate performance checklists and conduct handing over procedures to consultant/client representative.

•Installing BMS workstation Software at site (SCADA), communicating to DDC controller network and building graphics screens at the workstations for monitoring and controlling the operation using BMS software(DESIGO Insight).

•perform integration for different type of communication systems KNX, good knowledge (Modbus BACnet…etc).

•Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals, provide system training for client staff and ensure the requirements are met for the handover stage of the project.

• Visit projects periodically to ensure work progress (field devices installation and connections, DDC

(Direct Digital Control) panels termination.

• Support maintenance team of old Projects if needed and troubleshooting.

• Assist the project manager in preparation of projects schedules and costing.

• Participate in contractors, consultants and sub contractors meetings and resolve Client, engineering and management projects issues.

•Analyze, resolve and assist projects workers in solving their troubles.

•Interpret specs, blueprints and assign duties to site team and sub contractors.

•Follow up with logistic department in order to speed up delivering field devices.
