Hired and trained 12 staff (Administration and Maintenance). Same as current position. Supervised transition from Developer to Condominium Association. Set up all rules/regulations. Set up Reserves upon turnover from Developer.

Supervised eight (8) Portfolio CAM’S Managing 72 community & condominium associations and commercial centers. Developed/reviewed many operating budgets totaling $11 million. Set up Manager meetings and board training workshops. Consultant-Contracted for services with a Developer in Orlando (Terrabrook, Inc) on mixed community associations (i.e., Vista Lakes-1,250 homes/condos), including commercial properties.

Mixed community consisting of homes, condominiums, shopping center, schools and parks. 1998-2000: General Manager-Large scale POA (Locust Lakes) consisting of lakes, ski chalet, 26 miles of roads, food service, office, maintenance and security dept. total of 28 FT/PT staff. Supervised capital project: concrete dam-selected Civil engineer, worked with EPA, Fish & Wildlife, Army Corp of Engineers. Developed annual operating budgets. 1996-1998: Operations Manager(Big Bass Lake HOA)

Total Units=1,700 with total staff of over 45 consisting of: Maintenance, Administration, Recreation and Security.

Developed Budgets, Reserves, and supervised capital projects: Ski slope development, Indoor- pool renovation, construction of Basketball court, lake dredging., leasing of restaurant. Developed contracts for vendors to operate Restaurants. Set up ski shop schedules for grooming ski slopes, renting ski/snow-tube equip. Sell ski items. Coordinated with Recreation Director for organized swim meets, tennis, basketball and ski competition with other Home Owner Associations.

Entrepreneur Professional Business:

2012-present: Financing Partner-development and operation of a 1,200 acre commercial farm in Patagonia region of Argentina. Producing and selling commercial products: soy, corn, sunflower.

2010-2012: Investor & Operations Manager-purchase, development and sales of a 64-condominium Association in Fort Myers. I set up the operations(General Contractor, sub- contractors, bank accounts, bookkeeping, maintenance staff, Site Supervisor, payroll, sales office, etc.) for this development.

We completed and sold 24 condominiums then sold the balance of the property to another Developer August, 2013.

2008-2012: Partner/Investor-Purchase of land, construction of and sale of a (ten) 10-story commercial building in Delores, Argentina. Sold to the Judicial Provincia.
