WORKING EXPERIENCE:-

3 Year working Experience with Elegant Furnisher as Assistant project manager. Role and responsibilities Planning and defining scope, resources planning, developing scheduling, time estimating, cost estimating, developing a budget, documentation, creating chart and schedule, monitoring and reporting progress, working with vendors, controlling quality.

2.5 Year working Experience with Ammtys Interior India Project Pvt. Ltd. Assistant manager daily monitoring the work, quality control and billing, coordinate between contractor and architect, Preparing daily report, coordinating with consultant and contractor, responsible for billing, check the contractor bill and certify the bill, material quantity requirement.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:-

Knowledge of Interior, Civil, Plumbing work. Tendering, billing BOQ, costing, analyzing, variation statement, Knowledge how to make wood burn fire place and vastu. Knowledge to read the architectural drawing structural drawing, reflected ceiling plan, floor plan, electrical and plumbing drawing etc.
