DESCRIPTION:

Entry the financial data into the software application, which is given by the client. All the data is entered into the fields in a software application and it will be going to be saved as a back-up of Ms-Access document. Finally we done a QC on that document at it hand over to the team lead for ready to uploading to the client.

PROJECT NAME: Greyhound Canada Envelops

DESCRIPTION:

Xenosoft Technologies (I) pvt ltd established in US and canada running operations from INDIA and US since 10 years and stood 468 rank in fastest developing BPO companies. Greyhound is one of the major client and serves transport system in the US and Canada. As a process associate my task is to process all the data given in the envelopes and match the record.

We have various types of processes in our Greyhound Phase III Project.

Us & Canada Envelopes: Envelopes are nothing but which contains a bunch of tickets. We get them through a VPN TUNNEL from greyhound. After getting those envelopes we used process them first. After completion of the envelopes processing the tickets which are in envelopes will be released to different queues.
