I have many years of customer service experience and working with the public as well as with animals. I was a manager at KB Toys until it closed. I have also worked at Toys R Us, Gamestop, Nutro, in a private dog kennel, at the Guide Dog Foundation, at PetSmart, at Kent Animal Shelter and at Banfield veterinary hospital, a private veterinary hospital, and a daycare. Volunteer Experience

I am a breeder-caretaker for the Guide Dog Foundation which I very much enjoy. I also provide temporary homes for puppies and dogs for the Guide Dog Foundation. I did pet-therapy at a nursing home every other Sunday until I received work hours on Sunday. I took home a mother and her new puppies for 6 weeks, from my shelter job, until they could be adopted. I walked dogs at Save-A-Pet animal shelter and did some animal rescue shows for them and also worked for their store down in Port Jefferson pay-free.

I received an Advanced Regents high school diploma, an Associate’s Degree, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Stony Brook University. I was a member of the National Honor Society both in school and within the entire United States Honor Society recognized by the government. I was Vice-President of a Graphic Arts club I helped start at NYIT. I have managerial experience. I am also titled as an Accredited Pet Trainer (as Petsmart calls it) in which I went through training courses to receive. I am also very creative and have taken many art courses. I have created my own drawing technique and also sculpt and work with fondant.
