Role and Responsibilities

As a Ware House Supervisor/Hub Supervisor

1.Take charge and compete pending tasks of previous shift.

2.Planning to Unload the incoming vehicle from different origin point as well as Maintaing the Unloading TAT as per instruction from ware house executive & Managers .

3.planning for Proper load against different vehicle & organize the labour as per requirement to load the vehicle accordingly used to keep control and advice to maintain the capacity utilization up to 100% of vehicle under supervision of warehouse Executive….

4.Used to maintain the proper exercise against Loading Unloading cost & submit all the amount of the same to office as per proper loading Unloading Cost Tally Sheet in weekly basis

.

5.Used to take the Gross Weight & Volmetric Weight Dimension of Incoming & Outgoing material & accordingly pass the information to Warehouse Executive & Managers

.

6.Ensure safe handling of shipments to prevent the damage of the same.

7.If found any Shipment/Material in Damage or Wet or broken Condition then immediately inform to warehouse in-charge to take proper action against the same.

8.Maintain the Stacking Norms of the material inside the warehouse to avoid the damage of material as well as safe handling at the time of loading & unloading

9.Used to take proper action as per instruction from ware house in-charge at the time

Of physical audit at warehouse in monthly basis

10.Sometimes Used to travel in Kolkata –Guwahati Route vehicle as a route surveyor

11.Used to working the route planning before loading the vech & make the delivery &

Pick up operation easy & smooth

12. Used take a call of drivers as well as Escort when material is in transit

13.Random follow up with customers & transporter to make the delivery & pick-up
