1. User Management March.2014 – Till date

Role: Team Lead

-User Management application was developed, keeping the objective that, there should be an application which control and manage reporting of users being added to groups where authorization was required. This application is based on LDAP and is used to give access Users & Dealers.

-This application is based on MVC, application has been developed CURD functionality for the users & dealers, using MVC basic functional. Application has been view search users, groups and business units.

-Application developed in MVC 3.0 and SQL Server 2008 as backend.

-Responsible for managing enhancement and break fixed incident from the code for front end and backend.

#2. PANEX, Usage Reporting, Campaign Presentation March.2014 – Till date

Role: Team Lead

-Using Panex you can go to other zones page, document and images lists by selecting the zone in the left hand side, clicking Libraries and this displays the three main folders. Depending on extranet access settings, it will allow view some zones.

-Campaign Presentation project successfully implemented to achieve tight deadline because of Marketing and highly expose to end uses and Dealers.

-Responsible to maintaining enhancements

-Implemented Approval Workflow for all pages added to SharePoint need approval before they are published to live and can be viewed by all users.

#3. PMS (Premise Management System), SharePoint to HTML Conversion March.2014 – Till date

-The Retail Environment Directory will provide you with access to comprehensive guidelines for refurbishing and building Honda dealers in the European region.

-This web-site is designed to provide genpos, distributors, dealers, architects and construction teams support in accessing and downloading.

-This SharePoint to HTML Conversion will convert all the pages in a site collection sub-site to HTLP and log its progress.

#4. ITASM (IT Asset Support Matrix) Nov.2010 – Dec,2013

#5. Swipe Report Portal (SSRS -2008) Jan. 2012 – Mar. 2012

Role: Team Lead

Contract Swipe Compliance Reporting provides both internal Suncor users and select external vendors with more-effective measurement, analysis, and reporting on contractor swipe compliance levels at applicable Suncor sites. This new reporting method allows users to access swipe data direct from the CMI NetManager System, the on-site terminals used for capturing contractor swipes.

-Developed application in SSRS 2008 R2.

-Perform requirement analysis and design phase.

-Configure the DEV environment; develop reports, setup security and other configurations, including migration of the reports from DEV environment to QUT/Test environment.

-Support the business in UAT Testing

-Document the steps for migration process for the Job plan and Prepare document for MOC and verify the PRD environment as per the requirements.

-Manage and conclude the MOC process.

-Move changes from QUT to Production, setup security and users access, and perform end to end Testing.

-Create/update application information documents.

-Managing access management and enhancements as and when required

-Ensured the vendor gets access to the report by using SSRL Role based matrix by creating different link reports.

#6. Strive For Excellence (SFE) Enhancement Jan. 2010 – Mar. 2010

Role: Team Lead

Challenge was to develop this project within a very tight deadline, while at the same time finish the project in spite of having little understanding of the existing dataflow and application architecture.

-Redesigned business logic layer

-Implemented changes in two main modules :1) Search and Maintain 2) Reporting

-Provide unit testing documents for new changes and deployment instruction document.

-Analyzed the code changes and database changes for the enhancement and reported the estimated men per hours to the client.

-Implemented the required code changes in Search & Maintain and Reporting module in the application code base.

-Performed changes at the database end and deployed the application in the DEV /QUT environment for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

-After the user signoff, provided the deployment instruction to the concerning team to deploy the application in the PRD environment.

-Updated all relevant documents to support the application.
