JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

To ensure accurate inventory and optimum stock levels are maintained through an efficient ordering system while keeping a tab on wastages.

To ensure the paperwork and accurate records of all transactions of every item are updated as per ISO/audit requirements.

Monitor all inventory activity to ensure accurate reporting and recommend system or process improvements when needed.

Proper stacking of material and identification of reject material on daily basis.

Indent planning for different level items regularly and follow-up of the same from purchase Department

Generation of computerized stock statement and stock reconciliation

Monthly stock verification

Coordination with purchase, commercial quality and security department

FIFO Application whiles issuing material & maintains shelf life of expiry items.

Day to day recording of store material receipts and consumption. Checking physical stock as per records. Receiving materials, proper stocking, and recording of receipts

WORKING EXPERIENCE: -

1 Years Experience in DSC Limited formerly known as D. S. Construction Ltd for Lucknow Sitapur Expressway Project Concession Division. This project on BOT basis for 20 Years contract with NHAI for Toll Plaza Operation, toll Collection and maintenance of 75 Km road from Lucknow to Sitapur.
