I am a graduate with an Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems and a Bachelor's in Information Systems Security (ISS). I have completed several quarters of hands on labs in computer and laptop repair network administration, configuration, deployment as well as network/computer security and disaster recovery, and have 10+ years of experience troubleshooting and fixing computers and network issues both at the personal (i.e. family, friends) and contractual level. In addition, I am currently seeking my CCNA certification as well as several Microsoft ones. Overall, I am a very computer savvy individual. In another arena, I'm also an avid writer and professional freelancer. Writing, along with IT work, is a passion for me. I routinely write for both personal reasons and convictions, as well as for individuals and organizations. My expertise, in the latter regard, entails producing professional looking, original literature for just about any type of venue (website 'About' sections, general articles, press releases, guest commenting, editing, reviews, and so forth).
