Chief of department: 2002-2007. Were the one in Russian Space Industry who won the right to led project management of the new type of protected launch site for universal space rocket “Angara” with high rate of reactive jet parameters.

Selected designs of ground equipment for future launch complexes “Angara” (Russia) and ”Bayterek” (Kazakhstan) by representing the company at competitive commissions.

Developed test methods, worked out test equipment and managed tests of ground equipment at Space Launch Centers Baykonur and Plesetsk. Millions of dollars were saved and the company was awarded by the Price of Russian Federation Government.

Issued permissions for space launch sites on launches.
