Various procedures in Electrophysiology lab Induction of arrhythmia,programmed ventricular/atrial stimulation protocols, AVRT/AVNRT ablation.

Well versed with temporary pacemaker insertion, pericardial effusion tapping under fluoroscopy, conducting cath- study and shunt calculations.

Apt and deft in view findings that is optimum for procedure.

Able to troubleshoot in case of procedural complications.

Have managed cath complications like VF and hemodynamically unstable VT by defibrillating the patient and hypotension by timely institution of drugs promptly.

Have sound knowledge about disinfection and proper handling/use of hardware like catheters,balloons,wires and other instruments and also in maintaining daily log of all procedures.

Have assisted and also performed as a cathlab technician to various eminent cardiologists of India and also been a very valuable part of many cardiac workshops conducted in our hospital.

Echocardiography

2D Echocardiography performed daily- Routinely 50 cases which covers structural heart diseases, valvular heart diseases and adult / pediatric congenital heart disease. Proficient in various echo techniques –contrast echo, stress echocardiography and and assisted Trans esophageal echocardiography.

TMT/HOLTER

Performed and analysed nearly 5000 tread mill tests with ability to manage complications if any peri procedure. Performed nearly 250 Holter tests .

Worked as ECG technician and has interpreted nearly 2000 ECG
