•Financial – Instituting New Program to convert the checks to Gift Cards by reviewing the University of Maryland, formulating a system and coming up with the log sheet.

•Protocol Administration – IRB Submissions which includes Initiating new studies, writing consent forms, doing continuing reviews and Modifications, Reporting SAE/AE to IRB, Revising Site Protocol, Independently managing 5 protocols including Randomize Control Trials, Data Repository and Clinical Drug Trials and actively involved in 8 other protocols.
