nausea, state of mind, food and fluid intake, drainage tubes (NG, chest, Jackson Pratt) and

Instructed in deep breathing and coughing exercises. Collected specimens (urine or stool)

when requested by RN. Assisted with glucose monitoring. Charted patient care on either

Tracheostomy care, including cleaning and suctioning. Assisted with wound care and

dressing changes. Reported to RN regarding patient’s progress throughout the day and at

Occasionally floated to telemetry,renal neuro,and cancer units as needed.

Worked in the Gastroenterology/Special Procedures Department for over 16 years.

instructions, recovered patients after receiving conscious sedation, monitored vital signs

Provided Anesthesiologist with appropriate antibiotic per protocol. Applied Bair Huggers

for temperature regulation. Monitored vital signs as needed. Glucose monitoring as

to RN with updates or when problems occur.

Oriented for an LPN position in this clinic to room patients for providers, obtain vital signs

and necessary data on EPIC chart, triage, answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate
