My most recent experience was assisting a friend in the operation of his business. Crosman Pest Control. I had recently taken an hiatus from employment when my friend called and asked him to operate his business as he had encountered a tragic personal loss and serious health issues that prevented him from maintaining his business. I took on the task of servicing the customer base of 2000 residential and commercial customers, sales. I also ran fleet maintenance, supply and personnel operations. The success of the business was maintained and enhanced (sales and customer satisfaction)during my control and operational procedures. He has now recovered and has decided to sell the business due to ongoing health issues.

SAFEWAY.com, Delivery Driver. Delivery of products to commercial and residential customers, sales, customer service and vehicle maintenance. Maintained an excellent performance, customer satisfaction and driving record during the course of employment. Nov. 2011-March 2015.
HOME DEPOT INC., Sales associate/New hire trainer . Responsible for garden operations. Sales, customer service, stocking, inventory management and personnel. Accomplished by doubling sales in the department over four years and making our garden department number one overall nationally.
Promoted to new hire trainer. Responsible for orientation of store/department policies and procedures. August 2007-October 2011.
Prior to these employment opportunities I was a business owner/operator. Owned and operated a Landscape and design company. Design, installation and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Sales, customer service, personnel and fleet operations. Jan. 1990-Jan. 2007
