Hired as Industrial Electrician and worked on installation and debug of new 8 Speed Transmission line.

Installed conveyors,washers,welders,and several different types of CNC machines.

Installed and maintained Kuka and Fanuc Robots.

Installed several Peco weld cells and did trouble shooting and PM of the cells once in production.

Helped set up PM schedule as I started with Production coverage.

Have worked several different types of PLCs to include Allen Bradley,GE, and Siemens.

While in Body Shop I worked in Framing and maintained Fanuc weld robots and weld cells.

Have installed and maintained Fanuc,ABB,and Kukla Robots.

Was involved in several installation projects to include assembly line for Saturn Vue and flex line in Underbody for assembly of Chevrolet Traverse

Worked in Heads Machining from the beginning of manufacture of Ecotec engine.

Was involved in installation of all machinery in Heads Machining to include 2 other upgrade installs.

Have extensive training in OpenControl, Versapro, Profibus DP, Siemens ET200x, Fanuc Field Control, and Sciemetric LVDTs and Load cells. Have used Datamytes to do calibration and Gage R&Rs of torque guns.

Maintained 10 Grob BZ multi axis CNCs.

I hired personnel and set up training for them to serve in a point role in the running of the business.

I was responsible for all aspects of the business to include Safety, Budget, Schedule, Quality, and Maintenance.

Operated various machines as well as serving as WUC. Did machine set ups and ordering of new tooling.
