Preparation, Review and Revision of SOPs of all Departments.
Coordination with Quality Assurance and Production for day to day production and analysis schedule.
Preparation and checking of Quality records viz. Master Documents, Standard Testing Procedures, Specifications etc.
Analysis all kind of sample (Raw materials, Bulk, Semi finished & Finished Products) by Chemical, Instrumental & Microbiological analysis.
Calibration of laboratory equipments & Compilation of their records.
Review of Specification and STPs on amendment or edition of Pharmacopoeia or on receipt of new supplements of Pharmacopoeia.
Stability data review, Stability protocol preparation and Stability planning.
Planning and Control of Procurement of Chemicals, Reagents, Glassware’s, Reference Standards and samples for Outside Analysis.
