Stepped in and turned around a badly performing team for long term project for TechM with ATT. Changed the customer feedback from negative to positive. Achieved 100% SLA.

Plan, develop and implement automation tools to improve the shakeout, validation of environments to ensure a better quality of delivery of the environments. This effectively reduced defect count from 800 to 14.

Track hardware requirements, track and follow up of delivery of hardware requirements on time and schedule. Managed lease rolls of 100+ servers without impacting delivery.

Lead Developer – Balance Manager Tool [Jan 2009 – Apr 2011]

Solely responsible for transforming a simple HTML report to a Flex Report to improve User Flexibility, Good Look and Feel and User Friendliness.

The Tool was developed with Adobe Flex front end, Java Servlet and Java Backend connecting to oracle database using JDBC Connection. XML, MySQL was other tools used for the project

This project was developed as a production support tool for handling fallout, monitoring Usage latency of netbooks namely IPADs

Daily Latency Report is run as a Cron job once per day in early hours to collect the Latency for Balance Manager report. This report shows the timeliness of mediation data being processed by balance manager for ipads and other netbooks. SLA should be 95% of data consumed processed within 14 min against customers account. This report is emailed every morning to all executives interested in this data.

Discrepancy Report Tool was created to provide quick remediation to issue faced by Support Team with subscribers reporting wrong usage of data. Support team spent around 2-3 hours of unpaid time to resolve Clarify Tickets.

GCDR Worker Report runs once per day also to show the load balancing between different GCDR workers. This is calculated by checking the number of transactions each worker processes through the day. This report is emailed every morning to all executives interested in this data.

Developer – OMS Tools Production Support [ Oct 2007 –Jan 2009] - The purpose of this project is to create production support which will allow a standard way of managing order fallout from OMS. Responsibilities included

Tools URL using ColdFusion, JavaScript and Ajax to fix single fallout orders

Auto Generation Tool developed to fix bulk orders. This involved sending orders from OMS to SDP, Notify Billing XML generation,

BBNMS Posting. Multiple tools developed to fix orders at various stages of the Order cycle.

XML Generation and posting: This generated complete XML for the order and posting it to respective system.

Developer – CPSOS [Mar 99 – Sep 2007] Purpose of this package is to provide the Data Operating Center with methods and procedures for the installation and maintenance of DSL.

Responsibility: Actively involved in all stages of software development including requirements definition, design, development, architecture, testing and support.
