Duties include: Assisting maintenance with troubleshooting, coordinating electrical and controls new/old installs and or modifications. Work with quality and engineering to provide quality parts which associate with leak tests and CMM inspections.

Startup and debug control systems as well as assist in programming PLC using Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley (Rockwell) along with HMI’s.
Under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, programming consisted of hardware and I/O config based on customer approved drawing packages. Program layout including; motion devices, communication modules, sequence of operation, etc…
As a junior engineer I have not created large scale programs from beginning to end but have been included in beginning, middle and end of project commissioning, startup and debug as well as field support.
