Model shop experience in making sheet metal prototypes.

Expert knowledge to make parts less expensive and feasible for production.

Experience in mig, tig, and spotwelding and have the ability to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

The ability to program, operate CNC punch press, and preform all types of press break functions.

The capability of designing and making fixtures for welding and spotwelding functions.

Oversee and prioritize the work of subordinates.

Trained in principles of Lean Manfacturing.

Setup and operated power presses for the last 15 years.

Trained new employees how to setup and operate power presses.

Experienced in both regular and progressive die setup.
