Develop scope of work, seek out contractors for capital projects, accept bids and choose contractor based on efficiency and pricing. Assist and direct staff members to ensure quality. Make plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Repair and Maintain all company vehicles. Update computerized work order system, ensuring all work orders are completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. Complete administrative tasks as needed.
